I know we haven’t had many social rides recently, due to holidays, events and lots of people do their End2End training but this is going to change.
Our normal social rides will re-commence week commencing 10th September.
May I take this opportunity to wish everybody competing in the End2End, good luck.
Watch this space, Twitter and our Facebook page for social ride postings.
Here are the proposed new kit colours and new Buff. If we get enough interest in them we will place an order, prices will be confirmed once we have an idea on numbers wanted. If you would like to order any of the new kit please get in touch with either Coops (coops@loaghtanloaded.com) or Gadge (gadge@loaghtanloaded.com).
*Please note that these colours are for illustration purposes only and the finished produce may differ slightly to what you see. This is due to a number of factors, the manufacturing process, the way the colours shows on the fabric, the calibration of your display.
We are currently compiling an order for some new items of club kit, namely a Buff, see Facebook for more details. If you would like to order any kit please get in touch with either Coops or Gadge.
Congratulations to Neil Kerruish, Paul Flanders and Shaun Lewis who finished 3rd overall in last weekends Ritchey Trailmasters (formerly Trans Wales). A great performance under some horrific conditions, the boys did good!
Early morning to boat on a Wednesday – with the race not until the Saturday! So why so early in the week to travel? Steampacket timetable, that’s why. Ireland must be the most inaccessible places to land! So into Belfast we went a few days ahead of Da Cooley Thriller, a MTB XC marathon of some 52km in the Cooley Mountains County Louth.

Sloc/Cronk ny Arrey Laa trail closed for maintenance. Will probably remain closed until E2E. It won’t be safe to ride short term, but will also need some time to settle. Anyone caught ignoring the temporary closure will be reported to E2E organisers.
“Good Luck to Neil Kerruish, Paul Flanders and Shaun Lewis who will all be heading off to Llanwrtyd Wells to compete in the Ritchey Trailmasters (formerly Trans Wales) this coming weekend representing Loaghtan Loaded (thanks boys).
“Good Luck to Coops & Hamish heading off to Ireland to compete in Da Cooley Thriller XC Mountain Bike Marathon, on Saturday, August 18th representing the Loaghtan flock. It’s in the mountains above Carlingford Loch which you can almost see from Peel on a good day so come and give them a wave!!!”
