MizMal 2017 – A message from Paul Kennedy

Wild Atlantic Cycling is running and supporting a number of Ireland End to End cycle challenges in 2017. The route is approximately 845 km completed over six days, or slightly further over seven days. We had a great turnout for 2016. The route is gorgeous and takes in some key sites of the west, including Cork and Kerry mountains, Cliffs of Moher, the Burren and the Inishown Peninsula.

The tour is fully supported with pickups, accommodation, food breaks, lunch and luggage transfer all included in the price. There is time in the evenings to enjoy the many pubs, restaurants and music of the area.

Wild Atlantic Cycling is an Irish based company and we would love to see more Irish cyclists complete the End to End of their own country.

Social Rides Week Commencing 19th September 2016

Hi All,

Firstly well done to all those who competed in the End 2 End.

We’ve had a mixed lot of weather last week, so let’s hope this week is going to be better.
So,

Date : Tuesday 20th September
Time : 6.30 – 6.45pm
Venue : Station Road car park, Kirk Michael.

You will need lights.
If you require a lift please get in touch.

Social Rides Week Commencing 5th September 2016

Hi All,

Only a week till the E2E, and I know quite a few of you are training for it.

Winter is just round the corner and the nights are drawing in, the weather is turning for the worse.

So why not join us for a social ride.

So this week,

Date: Tuesday 6th September
Time : 6.30 – 6.45pm
Venue : Foxdale Primary school car park, Foxdale.

And

Date : Thursday 8th September
Time : 6.30 – 6.45pm
Venue : Highwayman Pub car park, Peel.

You will need lights, so don’t forget them, and maybe a waterproof jacket.

If the weather is very bad, a cancellation will be posted on Facebook.

I know it’s still school summer holidays and MGP race week.

Quite a few of you are out doing E2E training.

So how about a few social rides.

Hi All,
I know it’s been a while since our last social ride. It was probably 25th & 26th June, our Biggest social ride of the year.

Well done to everyone who either rode it, supported it, organised it or just came up for a slice of cake & a cuppa. It was a great event. Thanks to you all.
