Many hands…

This morning (Saturday) saw a group of fellow mtbers meet up at Conrhenny for some trail building.  Once the plans were discussed with the troops we all set to work and it wasn’t too long before we could really see the new boardwalk taking shape.  A short break for a spot of lunch, hot soup and hot dogs were on site but due to a small technical fault with the cooking facilities we had to resort to Costa tea, coffee and chip rolls, thanks to Clare, Sue and Phyllis for being dinner ladies.

So after 4 hours work we finished the two new sections of boardwalks and we would like to pay a huge thanks to those people for turning out to lend a hand, just goes to show that many hands truly do make light work!

Christmas is Coming…the Sheep are getting Fat(ter)!

On Friday 23rd November at about 7-7.30pm we are looking to have a Loaghtan Loaded Xmas get together at Chapters which is under new management and PRICE structure!!! The idea is to get everyone together for a good chat and plan some social activities (might even get a few drinks in too) and yes they will be selling Hob Goblin Coops!

We are looking to have a buffet, for around £10 per head.
Let me or Gadge know what you think, then we can take names and go ahead and book.
Just a bit about Chapters, it is now under new management and is offering the top level for a large portion of the evening, with a main sports bar on the main ground level and a dance floor and DJ on the lower level.
Cheers
Will
Date might not suit everyone but seems the most suitable, so sorry if you can’t make it. 🙁
