I know there’s been a lack of LL social rides recently. I hear that quite a few have put on a few extra pounds over the festive season.

So would you like to join a few of us for a GRB spin, tomorrow morning.

Venue : Horse & Plough car park, Cooil, Bradden/Douglas.

For those who don’t know what GRB stands for ask Sinbad……lol.
