HardnutZ Special Offer Discount

HardnutZ are a British cycle helmet manufacturer that launched in 2010.

The would like to offer our club members a 20% discount off their RRP’s across their full range of Stealth Hi Vis™ MTB helmets. This brings them down from RRP £54.99 to just £44 to our club members.

Just enter the code HZ20 through the HardnutZ.com website and get 20% off.

We have been asked to make our members aware of their fantastic offer.

All of their helmets are fully certified to the latest European safety standards but they also have an additional safety feature with 19 panels of highly reflective 3M Scotchlite vinyl all around them, providing 360 degree visibility. The 3M is colour coded to match the base colour of the helmet – making them virtually undetectable in daylight but highly reflective under streetlights or car headlights.

They sponsor their local club – Hadleigh Mountain Bike Club (2012 Olympic Course) and over 50 riders now wear HardnutZ helmets. Here are a few of their reviews:

‘I have been using the HardnutZ Stealth Hi Vis™ road helmet for some time now both on leisure rides on and off road with my friends as well as for cross country mountain bike racing. I have found this helmet to be well made and really comfortable, it hasn’t failed me and I feel safe wearing it whether on the trails or the road and the clever reflective panels means I know I can be seen at night. Having been impressed with Hardnutz I have recently purchased their new MTB helmet offering a more MTB specific design with improved protection for the back of your head. This helmet is so comfortable and lightweight you barely realise your wearing it while having the added security of more protection when hitting technical trails. HardnutZ was my helmet of choice before I had the opportunity to race XC wearing one provided by HardnutZ as a main sponsor for the Hadleigh MTB club race teams.’
Jane Brockman

‘I’m really pleased with my new HardnutZ lid. I got it in medium, my usual size; it fits really securely and snugly. I also like the extra bit of protection at the lower part of the lower back part of the head, in fact, when it’s tightened up via the adjustable dial it doesn’t even come off easily with the chinstrap detached. An extra little bit of assurance
All in all, well chuffed’
Adrian Vickers

‘Been waiting for this lid since I saw a sneak peak at The 2016 London Bike Show… well worth the wait.
Great fit, even with the weight of a light attached to the side, stays put on the roughest rails.
Chinstrap took some adjusting to a comfy position as it’s in a slightly different placing to my old 661 helmet but works well.
Bug net does its job well.
Being such a snug fit, the padded liner does soak up a lot of moisture but is great that it comes out in 1 piece to be cleaned, hope these will be available to purchase separately.
Overall, great product, great reflective tape, offers great all around protection. Ended up having to buy 3 so my wife and daughter didn’t ‘borrow’ it.
Cheers HardnutZ
